Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”, in pursuance of the requirements of The Russian Federation Federal Law “On Personal Data” as of July 27th, 2006, No 152-FZ (as amended and supplemented), voluntarily, by my own free will and in my own interest, hereby have made a decision on providing my personal data to iSEO LLC (Operator), operating at the address Russia, 127030, Moscow, st. Novoslobodskaya, 16 and I grant my consent on processing my personal data specified when filling out the feedback and / or registration forms including web forms, on any pages of the site https://www.iseodigital.com/ and its subdomains (hereinafter – Website) sent (filled in) using the Website.

I consent to the processing of the following categories of my personal data and any information relating to me as a Personal Data Subject, including my last name, first name, patronymic, address, education, profession, contact details (telephone, fax, e-mail, postal address), photos, other information. By the processing of personal data, I mean the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, distribution, transfer (provision, access), including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, indefinite storage, deletion and any other actions (operations) with my personal data.

I consent to the transfer and (or) instruction of the processing of my specified personal data to third parties: Affiliates of the Operator, third parties involved by the Operator in order to provide services to the Operator.

I acknowledge and agree that the collection and processing of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject is carried out solely for the purpose of registering the Personal Data Subject in the Operator’s database, followed by sending mail messages and SMS notifications to the Personal Data Subject, including advertising content, from the Operator, its affiliates and/or subcontractors, informational and news letters, invitations to the Operator’s events, conducting activities indicated in the Operator’s constituent documents, concluding contracts and meeting obligations according to them with Clients (and/or potential Clients), Counterparties and/or potential Counterparties, and other information of advertising and news content, as well as for the purpose of confirming the identity of the Personal Data Subject when attending the Operator’s events.

The date of issuance of the consent to the processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject is the date of sending the registration and / or feedback form on the Site.

I acknowledge that:

1. This consent to the processing of my personal data specified during registration on the Site, sent (filled in) using the Site, is valid for an unlimited period;

2. This Consent may be withdrawn by me by sending a written application in any form at the address: 127030, Moscow, st. Novoslobodskaya, 16 or by sending such a letter via e-mail to sales@iseodigital.com.
